Privacy, Complaints & Response Timeframes

Your feedback is confidential and will only be shared with people who need to see it to help respond to your concern. We will not share your personal information outside Apricus Health without your permission, unless we are required to by law (for example, for safety or mandatory reporting). If you’ve made a complaint and requested a response, here’s what to expect: - We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days - We will contact you within 7 business days - We aim to resolve most complaints within 30 days If we need more time, we’ll let you know.
